The Notice-to-Proceed is scheduled to be issued on April 1, 2024. The project plans are posted on Canvas. You can find a good reference to help you in developing your WBS in the PMI Body of Knowledge Handbook (PMBOK 2008 4" Edition). You can find this handbook online. Additionally, you can find a lot of readings and samples on the internet on this subject. In preparing your WBS, comply with the following guidelines: e Provide ID's for the WBS Elements. Assign numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) for the WBS ID's at each level. Also, provide meaningful names for each WBS Element. e Present your WBS in various formats (hierarchal, graphical, etc.).
