I need help doing T-TESTS comparing the mean number of days to germinate in intraspecific competition versus interspecific competition.

Intraspecifichypotheses-

Null: The density of seeds per growth pellet will not have any impact on the average plant germination speed in a single plant species.

Alternative: The density of seeds per growth pellet will have an impact on the average plant germination speed in a single plant species.

Interspecifichypotheses-

Null: The species identity of seeds grown together in the same growth pellet will not have any impact on the average plant germination speed in any two plant species.

Alternative: The species identity of seeds grown together in the same growth pellet will have an impact on the average plant germination speed in any two plant species.
