I need help drafting a will with the following information:

Diana Catherine Rose is 38 years old. Diana and her husband, Charles Michael Rose, have decided to go to Europe for their tenth wedding anniversary. Diana and Charles have two children: Alexandra Rose (Allie), age 8, and Alexander Michael (Alex), age 6. The children are inseparable. The Roses live comfortably in a large Tudor home at 155 Rosebud Lane, Crown Point, Indiana 46307. The Roses have a simple, yet busy life. Charles owns and manages a bookstore, while Diana works as a director at community theater.

Prior to being married, Diana had a will that she drafted and made valid after acquiring her first home when she was single. Because they are in their prime and their children are a little older, she realized that it was time for her and Charles to regroup and spend some time together. As she began planning her trip, a sudden fear came over her about what would happen to her children and their belongings should anything happen to them while traveling, so she decided to she needed either to update her will or make a new one.

She is close to her sister, Katie Janet Sawyer, who lives in Michigan. Both families enjoy each other very much and Katie and Diana always considered the other in major life decisions. Should anything ever happen to either herself or Eugene, Katie would most certainly be the person she would want to be in charge. Katie lives at 670 Golf Lane, Rochester, Michigan 52431, and enjoys a comfortable life with her two children. Diana wants the same arrangement for the family's pet, a cat named Aria Kate, who has been a staple in their home for years. Diana could not imagine anyone other than Katie being in charge of her children or her personal affairs. (Katie is named as the executor in her current will.)

Diana has only a few items of personal property that she wants to be left as follows:

  1. Her mother's diamond, which has been passed down through generations, to her daughter, Allie.
  2. Her father's extensive baseball card collection, which could be worth quite a bit, to her son, Alex.
  3. Diana's collection various pieces of expensive silverware and plateware to Katie. 4. Her two bank accounts: a. Checking #60237590, in the amount of $2,500.00, to the guardian and executor of the estate as a thank you gift. b. Savings #625673778, in the amount of $10,000.00, to the Indiana Cat Society, from where the family pet, Aria Kate, was adopted.

Should something happen to both her and Charles simultaneously, she would want the equity from the sale of the home to be shared equally between her two children.

Diana's stash of cash for emergencies (hidden in her sock drawer), totaling $33,000.00, should be used to pay for any and all estate administration fees, with any remainder divided between her two children.

Diana's two best friends (since third grade), Tina Marie Harris and Jocelyn Lynn Rudd, would serve as witnesses to the will.
