I need help figure out how to do this step by step. I have been confused this entire course

A voter poll was taken regarding the person registered voters would select as president if the election was today: President Trump or former Senator Barbara Boxer. The total sample was 1200 registered voters. Here are the results: President Trump: 625 Barbara Boxer: 585 Using this data, project who would win for the whole country if the election was today.
