Identify ONE PROJECT for a NEW product, service, or continuous improvement initiative for your organization, which addresses a weakness or threat or maximizes an opportunity or strength. For ideas, consider findings from your SWOT and areas of the mission, vision, values, and culture where there was not alignment in week 1.
Remember, this is ONE PROJECT, not multiple projects for the 4 quadrants of the balanced scorecard, and it is a NEW product, service, or continuous improvement initiative.
Use the Project Plan Template and the business needs identified in your Week 3 Balanced Scorecard to:
- Develop the project objectives.
- Explain what operational steps will be taken to achieve your stated objectives.
- Identify the responsible person(s) for eachoperational step.
- Outline a timeline for each operational step.
Justify the choices you made in your project plan on the Project Plan Template.
