I need help in excel

I want to format a cell so that it reads from the column who to read specific text of the name of person

then it will read which category, then if category matches specific text - it will take that amount and add it.

This is for personal expense for my family, I just want the excel cell to see who spent, in which category, then add all the values up so its in one place.
