You are a teaching assistant for a University Professor and you have been asked to create a spreadshee to determine end of course grades for students. You will have input columns for Student Last Name, Student First Name, Percentage Grade. (Show the percentage grade as a percent to two decimal places). Add an output column to determine if the student's grade is Pass or Fail. The output will be the words: PASS or FAIL. In this column, write an IF function that assigns a grade of PASS if the percentage grade is 60 or above and a grade of FAIL if the percentage grade is below 60. Add an output column to determine the student's letter grade. The output will be the letter grade: A, B, C, D or F. Write a nested IF function that assigns a grade of A for scores at or above 90, a grade of B for scores of 80 thru 89.99, a grade of C for scores of 70 thru 79.99, a grade of D for scores of 60 thru 69.99, and a grade of F for scores under 60. Do this without the use of the (AND) function. Pass/Fail cutoff and letter grade cutoff numbers could change in future so be sure to use assumptions. Create this worksheet to record grades for 10 students. Create an area to the right of the output data that will show the average, maximum and minimum Percentage Grade.
