I need help interpreting the results of an analysis I completed in SPSS. My independent variable is whether or not people hear of action following a complaint.

I believe there's a statistical difference since I need to retain the null. I am unsure if my interpretation is correct and what that means for my question about Does awareness of complaints on social media that made the school take action influence college students' perception of the effectiveness of social media as a tool to complain about their school?
