I need help or ideas on how to create my final project using the OK-LCD Model

What should our final project consist of? Your final project should consist of two parts: (a) a design that addresses a realistic workplace issue where that issue can be addressed through learning and (b) background information that explains why you made the decisions that you made. This class has taken a social-organizational approach to these issues, so (a) should discuss the organization, the issue(s) which is(are) to be addressed, and a plan (incorporating what you have learned) for addressing that(those) issue(s). It should include some plans for how you will assess whether you have accomplished your goals and some ideas on how you could use the assessment to refine your design. The background information on which you based your decisions (b) could be incorporate within a separate presentation that discusses the original presentation in terms of your decisions. Think of it as an analog to "the making of" videos that are so popular in various movies and/or documentaries.
