"One of the more important aspects for a manager in an organization is the reputation of the entity as we've read previously. Some of us may have read about systems thinking, positive reinforcing loops, or word-of-mouth multipliers in the past - the core takeaway from each is that positive reputation effects results in more business (free advertising) while negative reputation effects results both in lost customers and difficulty attracting new customers.
