I need help responding to 4 questions at the bottom.

What can fictional Santa Claus teach us about leading to accomplish organizational goals, team building, staff development and creating trust and enthusiasm in the workplace? A whole lot. Santa has been improving his leadership skills for many years, so he can teach us about leadership.

In the book,The Leadership Secrets of Santa Clause, best-selling author Eric Harvey shares some of the most insightful leadership lessons from old Saint Nick.

The book shows how to translate some of Santa's secrets into helpful leadership tips. Tips such as: choose your reindeer and elves wisely, make a list and check it twice, listen to the elves, find out who's naughty and nice and be good for goodness' sake.

During week one we discussed "what it takes to be a leader," week two we studied "power & leadership," week three we carefully considered "decision-making & leadership styles" and now we are discussing "transformation leadership."

I discovered that fictional Santa is a great leader. I'm wrestling with several thoughts about Santa - can you help me -

(1) are Santa's leadership skills innate or learned?

(2) which power base and influence tactic did Santa use?

(3) which theory of leadership: contingency, trait, or the behavioral theory best align with Santa?

(4) is Santa more of a transformational or transactional leader?
