One way that I think could reduce groupthink would be to have everyone write their ideas down before sharing, have an anonymous way to submit thoughts and ideas, or to have a facilitator that is inclusive and open minded.

In order to reduce groupthink start saying things to members that encourage them to speak out and get their ideas from outside the group. Teach members to start challenging the groups ideas. Also, having an impartial leader who encourages independent thinking can be counter productive to groupthinking.
