There has not been a single time when I was a customer at Chick-fil-A (which has been a lot) that I was not greeted at my arrival, had a consistent ordering process with employees who knew the answer to every question I had, "my pleasure" service, and delicious food. Their values show respect not just for the customers but also for each employee, being closed on Sundays for family time just proves more how much Chick-fil-A cares.
