I need help with an assignment in my LGLA 2303 Torts & Personal injury for paralegals course. Draft a memo over the following hypothetical: On March 29, 2020, Lee attended a party at the Ice Factory, located on Main Street. Lee's sister, Jane was pushed and hit in the face. Lee was also hit, but Lee did not see who hit her. Lee saw her sister being hit and kicked. Jane fell to the ground. Lee went around the man who was pushing everyone back from Jane and picked Jane up. Jane was bleeding. Lee grabbed her purse, took her knife out, and started swinging it. Jane was cut by a straight blade, which may or may not have been her sister's knife.Tina and Harriet were in the group that was hitting and kicking Jane.

Lee did not see Tina or Harriet with any objects in their hands. Lee never saw Tina or Harriet with any kind of sharp object that night.

In three hundred words, explain the following in paragraph form.

1. What intentional torts were committed on Lee?

2. Was Lee assaulted if she did not see who attacked her?

3. What intentional torts were committed on Jane?

4. Was Lee justified in taking her knife out and swinging it?

5. What are your thoughts/opinions on how the law relates to this hypothetical?
