The merchandise had cost $2,500. June 8 Purchased merchandise from Welsh Co. for $7,230 under credit terms 1/10, N/45. June 9 Paid $150 cash for sipping charges related to the Lox. Co. sale. June 10 Lox return merchandise that did not meet their specifications. The merchandise had cost $300 and had been sold for $600. June 12 After negotiations with Welsh Co. concerning merchandise that did not meet specifications, Dalton received a $250 credit memo granting a price reduction. June 15 Received balance due from Lox Co. June 18 Paid amount due to Welsh Co. June 19 Sold merchandise to Tux Co. for $3,100 under credit terms 2/10, N/30. The merchandise had cost $2,200.
