Show that each of the following logical equivalences hold by using two methods: by using a truth table AND by transforming one proposition to the other through a chain of logical equivalences from Table 6 in Section 1.3 of your textbook plus the four additional rules highlighted in lecture. Do NOT use any additional rules from Tables 7 & 8 in Section 1.3 of the textbook. At each step, you should cite the name of the equivalence rule you are using.
