Here is my example

Company X is going to conduct a 6 month project

The company will generate revenue of $300,000

The Initial Costs are the following:

Data file Cost $4,000

Labor Cost- 6 employees and an hourly rate of $35 an hour for 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, for 6 months

Working Capital:

$1000 for continued monthly costs for advertising until project is compete

Overhead costs:

Advertising - $7,000

Telephone - $300 a month

No salvage value

No tax

No Depreciation
