I need help with writing a BUFFER for this situation. I can figure the rest out, but I can't get a buffer..

To explore the situation, you head out from Stanton head quarters in Hollywood, Florida, on an undercover shopping mission. After visiting a few Music99 stores, you're appalled by what you see.
