I need help writing a proposal for my assignment.

This is the topic -

Finding Perks to Retain Warehouse Employees. Your organization, a nationwide food distributing company, is considering building a new 500,000 sq. ft. warehouse south of the city of DeKalb, IL. However, with low unemployment figures nationwide, your company is challenged with the problem of retaining your workers. Your company's president sent out a memo last week, asking for a team within the company to write a feasibility report that will investigate the possibility of adding certain design features to the new warehouse as a more permanent way of making the jobsite an attractive place to work. This memo was inspired by an October 12, 2022 article in The Wall Street Journal that reports that companies have already begun adding amenities to their warehouses to make them more attractive places to work. (You can find the entire article attached to this assignment on Blackboard). Your group will write a proposal that will make the case that your team should write the report. The report itself should consider the feasibility of one or more of the options that are mentioned in the October 12, 2022 Wall Street Journal article, and recommend which, if any, of those features the company should include in its new warehouse.

How to Write the Proposal

1. Imagine that your group is in the scenario you have chosen, and define your problem. Every business problem can be factored into many smaller problems that must be solved first. For instance, a company that needs to revise its product recall procedure must consider logistical issues, liability concerns, marketing and image challenges, and cost. The best proposals anticipate these issues and make them clear for the intended audience.

2. Develop a plan to find the information you need to complete the final report.

Basic Assignment Guidelines Your proposal should:

1. Convince your audience that you have carefully considered all elements of the project, including performing the necessary preliminary research;

2. Follow either the standard letter or memo format. The needs of your audience will determine which format is appropriate;

3. Use the sample proposal on Blackboard as a model for appropriate use of headings, subheadings, white space, and general appearance;

4. Use dates that match up with class deadlines and requirements (i.e. deadlines, coursework, expenses).
