This project's objective is to conduct research into the value that effective leadership can bring to businesses. As part of the project, I will be conducting interviews with business owners and employees to inquire about their experiences with leadership in their respective places of employment. In addition, there will be research into the popular literature that exists on leadership styles and how effective they are. On the basis of the information gathered, the project will attempt to provide responses to the following questions:
