Upon collecting the data of request for allotting computing resources we have found that there w number of days required to update and validate the request given by the employees. The data co was noisy and the data was preprocessed. The preprocessing steps were: Data cleaning 2. Noise removal 3. Conversion of text to lowercase 4. Choosing the appropriate dimensions 5. Removing unwanted data and attributes The solution would be whenever there is a request from the employee the rule would be checked a the database. If a rule approved then the application would automatically approve the request ther uman interference n would benefit a lot to the organization. The human resources required for managing th ts and time taken to complete the process would be dramatically reduced. Functional requirements of the application: The application would accept the requests from the user and processes it automatically The set of rules would be mentioned. Based on that it would be automatically granted. If the request was already given for a specific item the request would be auto-rejected
