I need more insight on how I come up with this schedule?.

How do I come up with a project schedule with a breakdown of tasks for implementing an EHR in a facility? I am supposed to use the following tasks to be creating a detailed schedule using the following points to make it:

Demonstrations & evaluation of vendor solutions (1 month)

Making a final selection decision (2 weeks)

Recruiting/Selecting an implementation team (2 weeks)

Creating required plans - Communication Plan, Change Management Plan, Risk Management Plan etc. (1 month)

Data Audit & Migration (1 month)

Software testing (2 months)

Training & Preparation (1 month)

Go-Live (Weekend)

Project Closeout (2 weeks)

Can you give me some input on how I put this together?
