The total cost of the office renovation shall not exceed $75,000.00. All renovations and cleanup must be finished by April 10, 2023. The goal of this project is to modify the workplace to meet the needs of the workforce both now and in the future.

The RBC Office of size 1000 sq ft. is being renovated as part of this project. The renovation will result in a significant long-term investment in the facility to fulfil the demands of staff both now and in the future. Aside from ensuring that the existing office space complies with current building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices.Green energy and sustainable building practices are significant drivers for modern building requirements. This project will have a goal of incorporating green initiatives. Use of wood framing and heavy timber framing be incorporated into the design as much as possible. Using a timber design expressing the natural wood framing would add to the indoor environmental appeal. Incorporating windows that provide natural daylight into the building interior should be considered where possible. HVAC systems that are energy efficient will feature energy recovery ventilation, air-source heat pumps, and maybe geothermal energy. The expansions and fully renovated space will comply with the AODA.
