If you think that something is wrong, state your concern on the final Answering sheet. 2. Mobile phones are strictly not allowed during the exam for any purpose. 3. Write your name in Arabic in all assigned places ( 1 point if Not). 4. The number of pages for this exam is (2) pages. 5. Submitting all the questions pages of the exam is a must. 6. Answers will be graded only on the final answering sheet provided. Answer the following questions: QUESIIGY:1/2 marks] According to the sorting station experiment, construct the ladder logic diagram for this control process: If the "Start" pushbutton (I1.0) is pressed and a workpiece is available at the beginning of the conveyor belt (IO.O), the conveyor belt (QQ.O) and the clamper (QQ.3) will be actuated until "Reset" pushbutton (II.3) is pressed. QUESTIONTL| 3 marks] According to the sorting station experiment, develop the ladder logic diagram to design the following: If the "start" push button is pressed, the conveyor belt will be activated. If the "Stop" push button is pressed, the conveyor belt will wait 4 seconds then stop. [Hint: use label addresses as required]. QIFSTION3|2 marks] According to the sorting station experiment, If the "Start" pushbutton (II.o) is pressed, the conveyor belt (Q0.O) will be activated until four workpieces have passed the end of the belt sensor (IO.3) or till "Stop" pushbutton (II.I) is pressed. Solve this problem using the down counter to show a ladder logic program. QtIESIION 4 [5 marks] According to the sorting station experimeat, In order to run the PLC program. the following sequences have proceeded: When a star pushbutton is pressed, Motor 1 is turned on; after exactly 15 seconds, Motor 2 . Motor 3 and Motor 4 are all turned on; and all four motors will be turned off when a stop pushbutton is pressed. Make an I/O assignment and develop this program using ladder logic language. QUESTION: [3 marks] According to the sorting station experiment, show a ladder logic diagram using an S-pulse timer based on this information: if the "Start" pushbutton is pressed, the conveyor belt will wait 4 sec then get activated till the "Stop" pushbutton is pressed. QUPSTION 6 [ [6 marks] Make an L/O assignment and then draw a ladder logic program that does what is described: A motor will be controlled by two switches. The Go switch will start the moter, and the Stop switch will stop it. If the Stop switch was used to stop the motor, the Go switch must be thrown twice to start the motor. When the motor is active, a ligh should be turned on. The Stop switch will be wired as normally closed. QUESTION 714 marks] A conveyor is run by switching on or off a motor. We are positioning parts on the conveyor with optical detector. When the optical sensor goes on, we want to wait 1.5 seconds and then stop the conveyor. After a delay of seconds, the conveyor will start again. We need to use a start and stop button - the light should be on when the system active. QUESTIONS [5 marks] In dangerous processes, it is common to use two palm buttons that require an operator to use hands to start a process (this keeps hands out of presses, etc.). To develop this, two inputs must be turned on within 0.2 each other before a machine cycle may begin
