I need some ideas, and possibly some outlines for this assignment. What would a great topic be? Not looking for someone to write it. Thanks!

Conflict Case Analysis Assignment Assignment Instructions Jandt Chapter 3 offered a 10-step Change Oriented Conflict Analysis scheme. Select a current conflict in the news (or an older event if you can find sufficient sources to support your answers) to analyze using the scheme. This will ideally be a business or organizational conflict, but you may choose a social or diplomatic conflict, or even an interpersonal conflict (for example, things like celebrity divorces or political feuds are interpersonal conflicts that have very public information). . You may not use any of the 3 conflicts analyzed in Jandt Chapter 3, though other conflicts mentioned in the book are fine. . Support your answers with examples from our class readings/textbook, as well as other sources. . Cite all sources in your paper in APA style. Please cite page/paragraph #s for direct quotations. See the Resources page in the Start Here module for APA help. . Include APA style references as needed at the end of your essay. You should have at least 8 sources. . Your response should be at least 1200 words. . References are not a part of your minimum word count. . Paper format (numbers, bullet points, basic layout) is up to you (no need for title pages or abstracts). . Regardless of format, paper should be double spaced, in Times New Roman, 12 point font. . Papers will be graded on grammar, spelling, and writing mechanics as well as content. You may use the Center for Writing Excellence for help. Remember, completed appointments with the Center for Writing Excellence are worth 5 points extra credit for each appointment report I receive from the CWE. . Review the grading rubric carefully. 150 points are based on the content of each section; 100 points are based on proper citation and writing mechanics.Steps: 1. Pick your conflict.
