tax charge. His tax advisor said that he can evade from paying the amount on

legal way. Due to that knowledge, he advice his friend, Kamal who also own a

business to understate the profit earn by $15\%($Actual net profit is RM$350,000).$

But unfortunately, when IRBM randomly re$-$assess the company's tax return

form, he cannot provide sufficient justification and evidence. Besides, he also

does not allow the authorized officer from IRBM to see the breakdown records

on statement of financial position of the company.
