I need to calculate the Return on Assets which is earning without interest expense divided by average assets, and I need the profit margin which is earning without interest expense divided by sales revenue. I don't understand what is earning without interest expense means, please answer if you know don't guess or right net income divided by sales revenue because it's not correct.
