8e^(2x) + 18x - 6 = 0
Requirements: the specified error tolerance, or eps, is = 0.001; Initial guess: X_lower = -5.5 and X_upper = 0
For each iteration the output needs to show a print out of the current iteration #, current estimated root #, and current relative approx. error norm.
