Type: DEF 14A Open and save the filing DEF 14A (filing 2018-04-26) Follow the same steps for Ford Motor CO, and save the DEF file (Form DEF 14A, Filling 2018-03-29) In these two proxy statements you can find the information to answer the following questions Q1. Agency problems arise when the interests of managers and owners differ. These conflicting goals are more aligned when managers hold more equity in the firm (managers are also shareholders) Consider only the CEO ownership (beneficial ownership) that you can find in the proxy statements.
