I need two nursing diagnoses one that is psychological and one that is physiological for a 78-year Guyanese woman who came to the US for treatment. She has unregulated type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperglycemia. Her labs are all over the place and she’s been told that she is in renal failure. She came in feeling weak and short of breath. She’s on a bunch of medication, some being phosphate binders and antibiotics because she also has staph in her sputum that is resistant to ampicillin and kamikaze. So after that two diagnoses, you have to explain what the expected outcome is, the nursing intervention, rationale, and evaluation?
