I need urgent help with these 2 programs. They absolutely have to be written in codewarrior. I know this question has been asked before but I need it written in CODEWARRIOR.

One needs to be in assembly and one needs to be in C using codewarrior (Im not sure if there is a difference in this and other IDEs). I dont even know where to start with these 2.
