I own a bottling and distribution company, Wayne's Wayward Distribution, that only serves North Carolina. Heather is an owner of a big soda company, Sugg's Sodas, that want to break into Eastern North Carolina. She want to use me as their bottling and distribution company; however, she only want me to do business with them in Eastern North Carolina.Jaleesa owns another big soda company, Root beer Roberts,and she wants to break into Western North Carolina. She, like Heather, wants to use me as her sole bottling and distribution.

I would like for both of you to write up a contract with a non-compete for my company to distribute and bottle for your company. Please provide terms to the contract below.
