I own a series of sporting goods stores across A. currently I stock my 15 stores from three separate warehouses, one in B,C and D i decide it would be in my best interesting to pool my warehousing resources and service all the stores from the B and close the other two facilities

in making this decision which costs do I expect to increase?

in bound shipping costs or out bound shipping costs? I was confused
