I own a small pretzel business in the Little Five Points area of Atlanta. Two weeks ago, in order to mow the long grass in front of my store, I borrowed the lawn mower of my next door neighbor without his permission. While mowing, I hit a lot of rocks and destroyed the mower. I decide to take the destroyed mower back to my neighbor's house but did not realize my neighbor was in the garage under his car working on the engine, so when I closed the garage door I locked him in the garage.
