I posted this because I think there is often a disconnect between the vision and the practicality. If patients are prosecuted for behaving poorly, they won't come for care. However, if healthcare professionals feel threatened, they will leave the workforce. The solution to workplace violence must be multi-layered. Throwing money at it or over-regulating any problem does not usually work. What solutions do you suggest
