Tuck-shop on 29 February 2012 amounted to R3 850. The membership fees still outstanding for 2011 must be written off as irrecoverable. Membership fee is R1 200 per member per annum. At the end of the year, membership fees of 7 members were still outstanding. Provide for the outstanding interest on fixed deposit. Depreciation on equipment is calculated at 15% p.a. on cost. Insurance paid for in advance for the next financial period, R1 840. 5.
