I really found the ethics in business to be the most interesting topic we discussed in this class. After being in the workforce for sometime and working for multiple different business, it was interesting to compare those companies to examples in this class. I don't believe my ideas and perceptions have changed about business law but I have definitely learned more about how it works! Well I really hope that I don't have to use what we learned in this class because I would not want to be on either side of any of the cases we went over and I plan on bring these cases up to my friends if they ever want something interesting to talk!

Scenerio 2: I found torts law to be the most interesting topic because of how complex it is. The different classification of torts like intentional, negligent, and strict-liability. It's good to know that these types of laws were put into place to protect individuals and their rights when it comes to their safety.

I work in retail as an assistant store manager so making revenue for business and knowing the legality of situations and issues that arise in the workplace helps tremendously. As my role in the workplace I deal with HR and loss prevention issues with my associates. Knowing more in detail about business law and what is right and wrong in the workplace is detrimental to my role as a manager.

In my professional life this information can help me navigate through my career to be more ethical efficient for my associates and coworkers. This course has helped me be more intelligent mentally and emotionally. It has strengthened my ability to be more business professional in terms of how I want to elaborate my role as a leader.
