I really liked how you organized your response. overall you summarize everything in the video in a simple but detailed manner. I believe we both have a similar lesson that was learned from the video. I think going into a business with an open mind is really important. First of all going into a new career with the mentality that everything is set and stone as you mention will just lead to ones failure. One needs to be adaptive to the environment ones in order and align themselves with the goals and mission said business has in mind. Secondly, lacking that adaptive skill will for one lead to failure but also shows the employer a skill that is needed in any environment. Overall being able to be adaptive in a society such as ours will only benefit you as an employee but make you wanted in any environment your career may take you.
