I really need help trying to figure out how to get cash flow and the price to be paid. For this part we have to use the =npv function, not =pv. I am struggling with how to get the cash flow and get the =npv. If someone can please help me understand by also doing this in excel it would be a blessing!

In cells B7, C7, and D7 we need to use the =npv function, I'm not too sure on how to get the cash flows as well.
