I scored an eleven on my assessment. It's recommended that I seek more courses to prepare better myself better. This is an accurate assessment. Although I have experience directing, training, and coaching, I have never created training materials or dealt with the compensation and benefits of others. My biggest hurdle would be to develop an understanding of local and global economic trends. I look forward to furthering my learning in this course
