The mission The task to perform is to build a Java app to find (1) the years(s) with the highest average barrels per day of import from OPEC for the stated year ( 2000 through 2017) (2) count of such numbers of years, and of course (3) the highest Barrels Per day. Thus, if there were 2 years with same highest average daily import of barrels of oil from OPEC and the highest Barrels Per day was 15476 and the years were 2018 and 1999 , then the expectation is to generate a file formatted as shown below
