I think for hiring process I don't see the purpose of a polygraph. Because they may lie in the beginning? Lien about their qualifications? I don't think organizations have the right to do one. I think it will cost more money to have potential candidate go through the process of a polygraph. Polygraphs have showed that it can read wrong, depending on a person's stress levels or the fact that a polygraph can be intimidating even if the candidate isn't lien.
