I think the most appropriateresponse would be to uphold her fathers legacy, that being said if the company isn't financiallysecure than it's notfeasibleto pay the full bonuses which is a full months pay. This being said if they're able to offer bonuses but just for half their original value, this gives some breathing room and is still helpful to employees who need the money. If the company doesn't hold the same values as it once held when Luisa's father was CEO than to her she fails either way. Her worries should come with the manager trying to poach her employees but if they're loyal to the company than a smaller bonus year shouldn't be the deciding factor becausenext year it can be a bigger bonus. Luisa also has the option to cut the bonus' completelythis year so the company can allocate the money for better uses. In response to this the company may be able to get out of its bind and use the 200 million to expand further, the employees who have stayed loyal for so long such as Rosa should be accommodatedfor their great work in replace of bonuses this year an increase in better benefitsfor employees which will take less out of their pockets is the least that Superardocan offer during the difficult times such as a better retirement plan which will be beneficial for both the employees as well as the company in the long term.
