I use this challenge in multiple courses due to the variety of responses it garners. This weekend challenge will surround Black Friday/Thanksgiving Day Sales. Years ago, there used to be laws/local ordinances that prevented certain businesses, such as car dealerships from being open on Sundays. these types of laws be enacted to prevent stores from being open on Thanksgiving/super early on Black Friday to allow people to spend the holiday with family? Think of this in the frame of compassion that we covered in this week's lecture.
