Robert advertised this offer in various outlets including the high society Malaysian Tatler, magazine but no one has taken up his offer. One day as he was tucking up into his hinch at Modesto's restaurant at Jalan Imbi, a well-heeled high society lady and heiress walked in. Robert recognised her as an old friend he used to hang up during his student days in England To cut matters short, Robert told Marcheline about his desire to move abroad and to sell off the property he got from his grandparents behind KLCC. Robert told her she could find the offer in the advertisement he had written in Tatler Malaysia's October 2021 edition. Marcheline listened intently and asked him how much was price anyway. Robert said, "for you, it will be 3 Million." After lunch was over, Robert proceeded to drive Marcheline himself to Jalan Ina just to show her the impressive colonial bungalow. Upon seeing the same. Days proceeded quickly and matters have been drawn up by the lawyers for both sides with initial deposit to be made on 21" December, 2021; however Robert received a call a day before from an agent working for the heiress saying that she would no longer proceed with the purchase because "certain conditions have not been met." Robert then remembered about the curtains which he did nothing and he has also forgomer to cut down the trees. Various attempts had been made to contact the heiress but she could not be contacted and even if she did, she would not reply.
