I want PHP code, it should include ( home) page with a database on localhost

task is:

1. Create a folder and name it by your name

2. Database: export your database and move it the created folder.

3. php code: add the php code and all related code (css, images) to the created folder.

4. Compress the created folder

5. Upload the compressed file to UMS.
