(b) ABC accounting firm which consists of accounting clerks, junior and senior accountants has to complete projects A and B by end of this month. Suppose the completion time for project A is longer than the project B, where the former project requires 90 hours as compared to the latter project that requires 70 hours. The charge (RM) per hour to the customer by the ABC accounting firm is depends on the position of the staff (i.e. accounting clerk, junior accountant or senior accountant) that is assigned to handle the project. The charge (RM) per hour based on different positions are given in the following table. Position Accounting clerk Junior accountant Senior accountant Charge (RM) per hour Project A Project B 15 20 40 50 30 70 Construct a preemptive programming model if the manager sets the following goals according to the order of importance: Goal 1 : Monthly charging must exceed RM 4000 for projects A and B Goal 2: At most three accounting clerks and one senior accountant to be involved in the projects. Goal 3 : Total overtime hours for projects A and B is limited to 20 hours. (13 marks) [Total : 25 marks]
