I want to check a file using fscanf()

if for exapmle I am looking for 5 in the number in a number/number format and the data in the file is

4/2

3/4

2 /9

i would return not found.

but if it was

2/3

4/3

5/2

7/3

i would return found it.

this is c programming, please do not use arrays as I want this to be simple. so maybe just use fscanf.
