I want to compare two 10-year periods in California for the number of high smog levels. The two periods are from 1975 to 1985 and 2005 to 2015. From 1975 to 1985 the number of high smog days are as follows 230, 225, 235, 225, 235, 235, 185, 180, 225 and 200 days. From 2005 to 2015 the high smog days are as follows 130, 125, 120, 135, 130, 120 ,140, 120, 125, and 115 days. I want to find what 10-year period had the more days then good.
