I want to conduct a qualitative study on how psychological safety impacts teacher morale. I will be conducting interviews to collect their experiences with psychological safety and how it affects their morale. However, if I want to have them take a survey to collect their demographic info (i.e., title, years in job, age, gender, race), does this make the study mixed-method or is it still fully qualitative?
